Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Personalized items may require additional preparation time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship FREE to the Continental USA, using UPS Ground, which typically takes 1-5 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and carrier delays, holidays, or severe weather may affect arrival dates.

Additional shipping options and costs can be provided to you on a case by case basis, please reach out to use directly at the email below with your ship to address and the item(s) you'd like to purchase so we can run shipping rates. In some cases, we can provide free shipping to your destination, in others, we will provide you with a custom quote.  

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking status.

Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact info@bigbellybanks.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address, but changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be resent because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact info@bigbellybanks.com. We will help you review the tracking information and work with the carrier to investigate.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, email info@bigbellybanks.com promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Please retain the packaging while we review the issue.
